Job summary

VML Health, a global healthcare agency within the VML network, seeks a Project Manager to partner with senior leaders, understand client models, and drive ground-level project execution across healthcare campaigns. You will act as the liaison between Client Engagement and internal VML Health stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, manage risks, and align requirements with team capabilities.

What We're Looking For

Project Managers work closely with the senior team members to understand the client business model, articulate project objectives to team members and assist with ground-level project execution. The Project Manager acts as liaison between the Client Engagement team and internal VML Health stakeholders to ensure project delivery. The Project Manager works with various members of the project team, including clients, to become the master of requirements, remain constantly aware of project status, and elevate risk to senior Delivery and Client Engagement team members.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for ground-level project execution
• Understand client business model
• Articulate project objectives to team members
• Deliver marketing tactics that exceed expectations
• Schedule and run meetings with internal team members
• Identify resourcing needs and work with Resource Management to secure team members
• Act as an internal liaison that reinforces client/project priorities, clarifies requirements, and solves for identified cross-discipline gaps
• Support the team in driving internal and external communications (scheduling meetings, compiling/distributing notes, tracking action items, ensure follow-through on intermediate and milestone deliverables, etc.)
• Maintain project momentum and keeps project and team on track
• Catalog and maintain all project documentation and deliverables
• Become well-versed in and clearly explain necessary project processes/workflows, including becoming experts in any client-specific processes, related to the legal/medical/regulatory reviews or similar
• Coordinate and/or author points of view as required by a project

• 2+ years of agency and/or client-side experience managing large-scale marketing projects

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job‑related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package.

$45,000—$100,000 USD
