Job summary

Jobot is seeking a senior construction project leader in Reading, PA to oversee large-scale programs from bid to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage 15M+ ground-up projects, and engage with public K-12, higher education and healthcare clients, bringing strong negotiation and communication skills. Competitive base salary, full benefits, generous PTO and 401K with match are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of construction experience.
• Strong leadership and exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Advanced understanding of scheduling, negotiation, and local trades.
• Experience with Public K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare projects a plus.
• Experience running large projects 15M+ out of the ground.
