Job summary

On-Demand Group is seeking a Senior Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Project Manager / Business Analyst for a remote contract, extending through 26 April 2027. The role leads GRC, cybersecurity, and audit initiatives while coordinating with Cybersecurity, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of PM/BA experience, a proven track record delivering GRC and risk programs, and strong skills with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PM/BA leadership for complex initiatives (GRC, cybersecurity, compliance, audit remediation).
• Proven track record delivering GRC, cybersecurity, compliance, audit remediation, or risk management programs.
• Strong experience managing scope, schedule, budgets, risks, and cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with structured PMO environments and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of GRC, cybersecurity, and audit initiatives, managing scope, schedule, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Drive cross-team collaboration with Cybersecurity, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Business Stakeholders.
• Support remediation activities, track audit findings, and ensure timely closure of compliance commitments.
• Define and document regulatory, control, and risk management requirements, conducting risk assessments and gap analyses.
• Develop and maintain detailed requirements, control documentation, risk registers, and remediation plans.
• Contribute to audit responses, evidence collection, control testing, and UAT activities, maintaining audit-ready documentation.
• Ensure adherence to governance standards, and maintain comprehensive project records including RAID logs, status reports, and governance artifacts.
• Maintain complete and current documentation suitable for audits, governance reviews, and leadership reporting.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Familiarity with structured PMO environments and governance frameworks.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Clarity PPM, DocuSign, and Microsoft Copilot.

The projected hourly range for this position is $70 to $75.
