Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning to execution and closure.
• Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to them throughout the project.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues that arise in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports and forecasts.
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records of project-related communications and decisions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Experience in Industrial, General Contracting, Commercial, Retail, Ground Up, Senior Living, and Multi Family projects is a plus.
