The Rudolph Libbe Group is a leading, full-service provider of construction and facility solutions headquartered in Walbridge, Ohio. Founded in 1955, RLG operates as a single-source partner for clients across diverse industries, offering expertise in construction management, design-build, energy solutions, and ongoing facility maintenance.

Our organization is comprised of multiple companies working together as one team. GEM is seeking Project Managers who can drive performance, build strong teams, and enhance customer relationships. Project Managers at GEM may lead projects within a specific trade or technical discipline, or coordinate work across multiple disciplines as project scope requires. This approach allows Project Managers to manage projects from concept through completion, deepen expertise within their discipline or broaden exposure across trades and industries, and leverage the resources, safety culture, and long-term stability of a nationally recognized construction group—while still operating within the hands-on, trade-driven environment that defines GEM.

We are seeking candidates to be based out of each of our office locations (North Ridgeville, Lima, and Livonia), as well as candidates that are willing to travel to out-of-town jobs for the duration of the job.
