What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead and coordinate with vision holders to set Pod goals and ensure successful implementation of features
• Build, modify, and maintain project schedules in partnership with Pod Leads
• Anticipate and solve problems independently and collaboratively to facilitate smooth production
• Communicate updates regarding project changes and progress to the development team
• Facilitate cross-discipline communication to unblock team members from task dependencies

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Proven experience in project management with a focus on gameplay systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and bug tracking databases (e.g., DevTrack, TFS, Jira)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with version control software, with Perforce being preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and make informed decisions for desired results
• Ability to create and maintain good relationships with other departments
