About You

You will champion Leasepath’s solutions, guiding clients and internal stakeholders. You should be adept at using MS Project for creating project schedules, forecasting resources, and managing timelines. Your experience in customer-facing projects and ability to communicate with technical staff and business leaders is essential. You are capable of managing multiple priorities, negotiating with clients, and handling complex situations with ease. You possess critical and creative thinking, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative team environment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven project manager skilled in managing project plans and executive meetings
• Experience managing business relationships and acting as an account manager
• Experience in a software products company
• Background in Asset Finance and Leasing industry
• Ability to work with Business Analysts to define scope and estimate projects
• Experience writing Statements of Work, Project Charters, and Status Reports
• Effective communicator, tactful and direct with customers
• Energetic, curious, and solution-oriented

Responsibilities

The Project Manager role is strategic, bridging Product, Professional Services, and Account Management. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and improving PMO best practices for efficient implementations
• Leading client communications, including SOWs, status reports, and steering meetings
• Ensuring accurate project estimates and managing scope, time, and cost
• Monitoring work activities, managing risks, and handling change control
• Creating templates for project delivery and conducting delivery presentations
• Managing multiple client engagements and team collaborations
• Traveling to client sites for project phases
• Overseeing invoicing, resource utilization, and project administration
• Assisting with system migrations and financial analysis

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in customer-facing project management roles
• Experience delivering vendor software solutions to clients
• 5+ years in consulting, project management, or similar roles with cloud applications
• Experience leading planning sessions and delivering complex solutions
• Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences
• BA/BS in relevant fields
• Experience with agile methodologies is a plus
• Knowledge of Asset Finance industry is advantageous
