The successful candidate will lead Agile teams, manage full systems lifecycle, and collaborate with program leadership to deliver on time and within budget for VA DevSecOps initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years IT project management.
• PMP, SAFe, or Scrum certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, costs, risks, and milestones.
• Partner with technical leads on CI/CD pipelines.
• Report to program leadership and stakeholders.
