Milwaukee, WI - Remote (occasional travel as needed)

Overview

GlobalSource is seeking a driven Project Manager with 2–5 years of experience to lead and support full stack software development initiatives across internal and client-facing environments.

This role is ideal for a collaborative, detail-oriented professional with strong SDLC knowledge and hands-on experience managing software or SaaS projects in Agile environments. You’ll play a key role in driving delivery, improving processes, and scaling a growing consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle delivery of software, SaaS, and custom application development projects
• Plan, execute, and monitor multiple concurrent initiatives across distributed teams
• Own and maintain Agile artifacts, including sprint plans, product backlogs, Kanban boards, and project timelines
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, stakeholder meetings, and status updates
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
• Coordinate across engineering teams, internal leadership, and client stakeholders
• Proactively identify risks and drive issue resolution and escalation
• Ensure clear communication between technical and business teams
• Contribute to process improvements and help scale delivery best practices

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Project Management experience
• SaaS implementations
• Custom application initiatives
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum and/or Kanban)
• Ability to create and manage project documentation and delivery artifacts
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with remote/distributed teams
• Willingness to travel occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Consulting or professional services background
• Experience supporting full stack or product engineering teams
