Job summary

Plentific is seeking a Project Manager on a Fixed Term Contract to join our Active Housing function and support social housing and local government sectors. You will work in a friendly, remote environment with opportunities for growth and development, including access to Udemy learning resources.

You’ll coordinate development and testing teams, manage client communications, and ensure delivery of functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – in regular contact with clients and stakeholders.
• Well versed in using productivity applications.
• Fast and highly motivated learner of new software.
• Love organisation, problem solving and planning – strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• To plan and manage projects efficiently, coordinate relevant teams such as development and testing whilst ensuring to deliver the functional requirements for our customers.
• To assess risks and issues, problem solve and prioritise tasks over the project lifecycle.
• To be proactive in managing customer communication and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Manage the ongoing commercial relationship with the client for Contract Changes, Purchase Orders and Billing Milestones.
• Translate client requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• Conduct testing of feature and software updates.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution for functional testing and client executed user acceptance testing.

The Role

Our award-winning Active Housing function is looking for a Project Manager on a Fixed Term Contract with the potential to be made permanent to join their growing team.
