Project Manager – Foundations

Location: Various | Full-time | Travel Required

Responsibilities

• Manage a phase of a large complex project or multiple medium-sized projects exceeding $500K and up to $10M.
• Accountable for all aspects of a project’s success from the initial proposal/bidding process to profitable completion of jobs.
• Ensure the special emphasis on safety performance, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Demonstrate reliability, self-motivation, goal orientation, organization, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and 5–7 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of both.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Project Management software (Primavera, HCSS, etc.).
• A valid driver’s license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel and commit to long‑term onsite projects.
