Job summary

National Ramp seeks a hands-on Project Manager to oversee commercial access projects from site review to final installation. You will coordinate installers, customers, and internal teams to keep schedules on track and ensure timelines, materials, and ERP updates are maintained across multiple active jobs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction/project management, strong site evaluation skills, and experience with ERP/inventory tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing construction or commercial installation projects end to end.
• Experience coordinating installers, customers, and vendors across multiple active job sites.
• Experience conducting site evaluations and interpreting measurements and specifications.
• Experience with ERP systems, inventory tracking systems, and project scheduling tools.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Working within the mechanical and industrial engineering space, the company focuses on practical solutions that improve safety, mobility, and everyday access for the customers and communities it serves. This role plays an important part in delivering commercial access projects smoothly and successfully, helping ensure each project moves from planning to installation with strong coordination, clear communication, and close attention to detail. You will work across customers, installers, and internal partners to keep projects progressing, solve issues as they arise, and support a high standard of execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Location: Valley Cottage, NY (Hybrid - 4 days a week onsite, 1 day remote)

Salary: The salary range for this position is 100,000-120,000 USD annually.
