Position

Senior Engineer/Project Manager on building enclosure projects, including roofs, facades, fenestrations, and waterproofing. Duties include coordination of staff, quality control, project deliverables, mentoring, proposal writing, and client representation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff to complete assignments.
• Practice and administer quality control procedures.
• Complete project deliverables: construction documents, technical reports, and cost estimating.
• Mentor team members.
• Assist with writing proposals and business development.
• Present and represent Gale at client meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in building enclosure renovations/rehabilitations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• P.E. or RA Registration required.
• Project management experience and proficient communication/presentation skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently or as part of a design team.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office, Revit, Bluebeam Revu.
