Job summary

Cherokee Millwright, Inc. is seeking a diligent project manager to oversee all phases of complex projects from inception to completion. The role emphasizes safety, coordination across disciplines, and delivering results in diverse environments at our Cleveland, Tennessee site.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least two years of project management experience, with strong communication and organizational skills to drive project success.

Responsibilities

• As the point of contact on assigned projects, coordinates multidisciplinary technical review teams.

• Responds to inquiries about projects and progress.
• Chairs project review and pre-submittal meetings.
• Maintains liaison with boards, committees and commissions as required.
• Assists in developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
• Performs project design for civil engineering projects.
• Coordinates schedules of staff and other interested parties.

Job Summary

Cherokee Millwright, Inc. is looking for a hard-working, dedicated project manager to join the team. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion. Candidates must be safety-orientated and comfortable working in diverse environments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. As the point of contact on assigned projects, performs a variety of highly skilled duties such as: assembling, coordinating and managing multidisciplinary technical review teams.
2. Facilitates and troubleshoots the myriad of problems associated with developing complex systems or with coordinating and development, and design projects.
3. Provides highly skilled technical and management advice and assistance to department management and personnel.
4. Responds to inquiries about projects.
