Our client, a leading organization in the clean energy sector, is seeking a Project Manager Flextech to join their team. As a Project Manager Flextech, you will be part of the Technical Services Department supporting various initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and program success in multifamily space.

Job Title: Project Manager Flextech

Location: 100% Remote

Overview

What's the Job?

  • Manage projects from initiation through to completion, including scope, schedule, and budget oversight.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and support.
  • Coordinate and manage contractors and program support agreements effectively.
  • Resolve issues related to assigned projects, working collaboratively with applicants and consultants.
  • Support the development and refinement of PONs and RFPs, providing strategic recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications

What's Needed?

  • Experience with the commercial and/or multifamily market sectors.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in managing scope, schedule, and budgets of project agreements and program support contracts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for external and customer interactions.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tables, advanced formulas, and complex data analysis.
