Job summary

Tech Army, LLC is seeking an experienced project leader to manage large-scale initiatives. You will coordinate diverse teams, drive change management programs, and maintain rigorous PMO documentation while delivering clear status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree required in CS, IS, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Education may be substituted year-for-year by equivalent work experience.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Ten+ years managing large-scale projects with diverse teams.
• Extensive experience in change management methodologies and implementation.
• Extensive experience using PM software (MS Project, Primavera, Jira) to track projects.
• Experience with PMO frameworks and risk/issue management.
• Five+ years facilitating meetings and producing clear documentation.
• Ability to present status reports to stakeholders, internal and external.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams, lead complex projects, and negotiate.

Job description

A bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science,

Information Systems, or other related field, or four (12) years of equivalent work experience is required.

Relevant experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis when applicable.

• Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification;
• Ten or more years managing successful, large-scale projects with multiple diverse teams;
• Ten or more years of experience in change management methodologies, strategies, and implementation;
• Ten or more years utilizing project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, and/or Jira) to track and maintain projects;
• Ten or more years of experience with project management methodologies and documentation (e.g., PMO);
• Ten or more years of experience in risk and issue management;
• Five (5) or more years of experience facilitating meetings and developing clear documentation;
• Experience creating and presenting status reports to internal and external stakeholders;
• Ability to coordinate project teams, lead complex projects, and meet objectives; Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
