Job summary

BJC HealthCare is seeking a finance professional to lead cross-functional financial projects, perform analyses and forecasting, and evaluate capital investments to support strategic priorities. The role focuses on labor management and operational finance to drive accountability and informed decision-making across the organization.

The candidate will develop financial models, coordinate with multiple departments, and provide regular status updates and reporting on projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business/related
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial projects or related fields
