Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Richmond, VA combines Project Management, Field Operations, and Superintendent responsibilities. The individual in this role will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate schedules, manage subcontractors, and ensure work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, resolving on-site issues, conducting inspections, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. The position also involves expediting materials and equipment, coordinating logistics, and collaborating with stakeholders to keep projects on time and within budget. The Project Manager + Field Operations and Superintendent will work closely with leadership and field teams to drive efficient operations and support continuous improvement on the job site.

• Candidates should possess skills in Expeditor and Expediting functions, ensuring timely procurement, delivery, and tracking of materials and equipment.
