Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Richmond, VA, combining project management with field operations and supervision responsibilities. The role involves planning and coordinating construction projects, including developing schedules, tracking progress, and managing resources to meet project milestones. The individual will oversee daily field operations, monitor site activities for safety and quality, and provide direction to onsite teams and subcontractors. The position requires regular communication with internal stakeholders and clients to provide updates, address issues, and align expectations. The role also includes reviewing project documentation, assisting with budget and cost tracking, identifying risks, and implementing solutions to keep projects on schedule and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
