Job summary

A to Z Quality Fencing in Farmington, Minnesota is seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee fence projects from contract signing to final completion. You will coordinate schedules with customers, crews, and suppliers while ensuring materials are ordered and ready for installation.

This full-time role offers weekly pay, opportunities to move into sales, and a supportive team environment with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous project management, construction management, fencing, landscaping, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling software, and mobile apps
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and team oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage fence projects from contract signing through final completion
• Coordinate schedules with customers, crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Conduct pre construction site visits and project reviews
• Ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and ready for installation
• Communicate with customers throughout the project process
• Handle project documentation and updates within company software systems
• Assist with permit and utility locate coordination when required
• Perform final walkthroughs and customer satisfaction follow ups
• Resolve project challenges professionally and efficiently
• Work closely with sales, operations, and installation teams
