Octagon Compliance Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead structured execution of federal and compliance-driven programs, focusing on cost, schedule, scope, and risk alignment across multidisciplinary teams in regulated environments.

You will maintain documentation, develop WBS, manage schedules, support EVM reporting, and prepare executive status updates while ensuring contract performance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

This role is responsible for cost, schedule, scope, and risk alignment across multidisciplinary teams in regulated environments. The ideal candidate thrives in documentation-driven environments and understands the importance of disciplined program governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle execution
• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Manage project schedules and milestone tracking
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting
• Maintain risk registers and mitigation strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ensure contract performance compliance

• Support audit readiness and documentation controls

Required Qualifications
