This role entails scheduling, subcontractor management, communication with the client and building occupants, safety and occupational health management, and assurance of quality and compliance. Responsible for overseeing a variety of construction projects, including design-build and bid-build projects typically ranging from $2M to $15M, with the potential to manage up to $20M of projects simultaneously.

This position is remote, based out of the Norfolk, VA area, supporting projects for various military installations in the region.

Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 annually.
