Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of construction project management, from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to align on project goals.
- Monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays proactively.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Manage procurement of materials and resources necessary for project execution.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation in project processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 3+ Years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
