Czarnowski Collective in Colorado is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee new production projects from start to finish. You’ll ensure projects stay on budget, meet deadlines, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
Responsibilities include driving pricing, managing budgets, entering work orders, coordinating CAD reviews, overseeing fabrication processes, and coordinating with logistics to plan warehousing and transport. Travel may be required.
Czarnowski is one of the four studios of the Czarnowski Collective. The Purpose:
We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager to oversee new production projects from start to finish. You'll ensure projects run smoothly, stay on budget, and meet deadlines while collaborating with internal teams and vendors. If you have a passion for problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and experience in fabrication, this is the role for you!
The Job:
This position is evaluated based on production knowledge, project completion success, and the ability to manage production timelines. The Project Manager will be assessed on their coordination of CAD, fabrication, and warehouse activities, communication effectiveness with account teams, and overall project profitability.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills, and prior relevant experience.
