Job summary

gpac is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager for site development, excavation, and utilities. The role requires overseeing projects within the Metro area, with a focus on underground utilities, dirt work, and cost tracking.

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset are essential for success. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of PM experience in construction/utility work, and an undergraduate degree in construction, civil engineering, or related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction or utilities.
• Strong understanding of underground wet utilities and dirt work.
• Proven ability to track costs, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Demonstrated longevity on projects or resumes preferred.

Responsibilities

JOB HIGHLIGHT:

Our client is seeking a results oriented and experienced Project Manager to oversee, facilitate, and report on our projects. This role will report directly to the VP. The duties of this role require a clear and thorough understanding of underground wet utilities and dirt work, a personality that enjoys details, and an analytical outlook to material, equipment, cost tracking, and subcontractors.

• Project Manager with matching project background a must
• 5+yrs experience desired
• Undergraduate degree in construction, civil engineering, or similar field of study preferred
• Some demonstrated longevity on resume is desired
• Estimating a plus but not required
• Projects are local within Metro and surrounding
