Jobot is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator (office based) in Minneapolis, MN. The role combines estimating detailed demolition and carpentry costs with overseeing projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring on-time delivery and controlled budgets.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in construction estimating or project management, strong drawing-reading skills, and proficiency with estimating software and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimating:
