Jobot is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator for heavy civil work in St. Louis, MO. The role requires 3–5 years of heavy civil experience and proficiency with estimating software and project management tools.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction (highway, road, bridge, utility, or earthwork preferred).
• Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Preparing accurate quantity takeoffs, bid packages, and cost estimates.
• Coordinating with field superintendents, subcontractors, and owners.
• Tracking project budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Building and maintaining strong client and agency relationships.
