Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead commercial TI/build-out projects in the Nashville area. You will manage client relationships, crews, and subcontractors from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet time and budget targets.

The role emphasizes strong estimating, bidding and scheduling capabilities, plus negotiating costs and coordinating with architects and development partners. Local market familiarity is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years estimating commercial projects with Timberline, Procore, Bluebeam, Paskr or similar software systems.
• 3+ years estimating & project managing experience with commercial TI/Build-Out projects.
• Local Nashville area relationships and exposure to coordinating with Architects & Investment/Development companies.
• Experience with negotiating material prices & scheduling orders, deliveries, etc.
• 4 year college degree or equivalent (construction management) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects and clientele including the project staff and subcontractors/vendors.
• The PM estimates the projects and plans, coordinates all activities to meet time and budget goals.
• Coordinate with architects, owners and subcontractors to execute project plans.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules and change orders.

Compensation Overview:

Salary Range (DOE); ++ Bonus can be up to 50%/year (or more) depending on performance of the project; Full Benefits/Insurance Options; Auto/Phone Allowance/month; PTO + Holidays

Experience Required to Start a Conversation:

• 5+ years estimating commercial projects with Timberline, Procore, Bluebeam, Paskr or similar software systems
• 3+ year or more of estimating & project managing experience with commercial TI/Build-Out projects
• Local Nashville (Middle-Tn) relationships and exposure to coordinating with Architects & Investment/Development companies
• Experience with negotiating material prices & scheduling orders, deliveries, etc.
• 4 year college degree or equivalent (construction management) preferred
• Lives in local Nashville area (no relocation assistance provided)
• Residential construction experience will NOT be considered as equivalent.

Position Summary

Manages projects & clientele including the project staff and subcontractors/vendors. The PM Estimates the projects & Plans, coordinates all activities of each designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Skills and Abilities

• Build-Out / Ground-Up project experience (preferred)
• Commercial Construction Experience (Projects $250K-$5+MM)

• Estimating & Bidding Experience (requred)
• Negotiating | Contracts experience is necessary

• Relationship buildingexperience with owners around the area

Education/Experience

• Construction Management or Business (Bachelor’s) degree - Preferred.
• 5+ years of PM experience in the commercial new-remodel construction industry
• 5+ years of Project Management construction experience required in commercial industry.
• The selected candidate will also have a clean drivers license, drug screen and background check to be eligible for this opportunity.
