We are seeking a Project Manager to join our high-performing team of environmental professionals. This position is ideal for a mid- to senior-level consultant with 8 – 15 years of experience managing environmental remediation, investigation, and compliance projects, primarily within U.S. EPA Region 5. • Serve as client liaison and primary point of contact for technical and regulatory matters.
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality for multi-media investigations (soil, groundwater, sediment, surface water, air).
  • Support and manage monitored natural attenuation (MNA) and in-situ bioremediation efforts.
  • Prepare and review technical deliverables, including work plans, investigation reports, risk assessments, and regulatory submittals.
  • Present findings and project updates to clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members and foster collaborative team culture.
  • Identify and support business development opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS Support’s health and safety protocols and client -specific requirements.

  • Demonstrated success with environmental investigation and cleanup programs
  • Experience with MNA and/or enhanced in-situ bioremediation technologies
  • Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage teams, budgets, and client expectations effectively
  • Proficiency with technical tools (e.g., Excel, databases, GIS, or modeling tools)
  • OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Travel flexibility (occasional, based on project and client needs)

Education and Licenses

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional licensure (e.g., PG, PE) in Ohio or Region 5 states is a plus
