Job Summary:
Hi Auto is a reliable AI order taker for drive-thrus, purpose-built for high-volume QSRs. The Project Manager will manage the successful execution of large-scale pilot launches and maintain ongoing relationships with global clients, working closely with various internal teams to ensure all milestones are met on time and to client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Get things done: Be the internal lead for successful pilot execution. Liaise with all internal stakeholders, technical, sales and operations to get things done, on time and within budget.
• Lead our pilots to success: Serve as the main point of contact and escalation point for external corporate clients, providing regular updates on progress, addressing concerns, setting timelines, and managing realistic expectations and deliverables.
• Be the face of our company: Lead all internal and external meetings. You will represent Hi Auto to our external corporate clients.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives, sharing insights and suggestions to enhance project management practices within the company. Identify organizational learning opportunities for continuous improvements.
• Manage a remote team: Lead, mentor, and motivate a remote customer success team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional customer focus.
• Build relationships: Build lasting professional relationships with customers to create the right trusted environment for a successful joint project execution and business expansion.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Native-level English, both written and verbal.
• Previous Experience working for startups with American clients.
• 2+ years experience in Project Management or Customer Success in the SAAS industry.
• At least two years experience working with and/or managing remote teams.
• A ‘can-do’ attitude with a strong, independent personality. You don't need to be told what to do and how to do it.
• Quick learner: Able to understand and work with our technology and product independently.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Act as the voice of the customer, identify and raise improvements opportunities focused on customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.
• Flexibility to work US hours: Meetings will align with various US time zones due to the nature of our client base.
