MSA is seeking a Project Manager Engineering to lead civil engineering projects from our Cedar Rapids, IA office. You will manage client relationships, project scope, budgets, QA/QC, and the design of public works infrastructure.
Flex Time eligibility and flexible working arrangements are available. PE license strongly preferred; Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; candidates with 5+ years in Public Works are encouraged to apply.

This position is on our Public Works Service line and works closely with a wide variety of Iowa municipal clients as a project manager for civil engineering projects. Projects may range from roads, utilities, water/sewer, site development, wastewater, and more.
Flexible working arrangements are available for this position and it also is Flex Time eligible. Flex Time is a benefit for salaried staff that recognizes when you work over 40-hours in a work week and anything over 40-hours in a week converts to future time off that you can use.

The salary for this position ranges from $88,871 to $142,194 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
