Job summary

SISCORP Structures is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager for our Houston office. You will lead construction projects from initiation to closeout, acting as the primary client contact and ensuring top-quality communications and outcomes.

Ideal candidates have PM experience in construction and preferably a PMP certification, with strong writing and speaking skills. You will coordinate with engineering, drafting, procurement, and logistics to deliver on-time results in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for clients from start to finish of each project.
• Ensure projects are delivered with the highest quality of service and communication.
• Own the project budget, schedule, procurement, subcontracts, quality, and risk.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Review contracts, sub-contracts, plans, specifications, and codes.
• Oversee procurement schedules to align with project timelines.
• Facilitate drawings, submittals, design changes, financial docs, and project records.
• Maintain accurate job costing by tracking invoices, change orders, and requests.
• Maintain project logs in Salesforce.
• Manage project close-out including warranties and final payments.

What will this role do?

• Act as the single point of contact for clients from start to finish of each project


• Ensure projects are delivered with the highest quality of service and communication


• Own the project budget, schedule, procurement, subcontracts, quality, and risk


• Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, drafting, procurement, logistics) to ensure on-time delivery


• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously


• Review and understand contracts, sub-contracts, project plans, specifications, and applicable codes


• Oversee procurement schedules to maintain timely buyouts and fulfillment with project schedule


• Facilitate drawings, submittals, design changes, financial documentation, and project documents both internally and externally


• Maintain accurate job costing by tracking, reviewing, and processing invoice requests, change requests, and change orders


• Maintain project logs in Salesforce


• Manage project close-out including warranties, guarantees, subcontractor/vendor closeout, final payments, and records retention
