Job summary

TechFlow, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support the Energy and Mobility Solutions Business Unit.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams and overseeing planning, delivery, and oversight of projects within the Energy Infrastructure and Technology space. The successful candidate will coordinate internal and external resources, manage scope, cost, schedule, and risk, and provide status reporting.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated project management experience in electrical construction or energy infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 60%.
  • Eligibility to obtain and sustain DoD Secret level Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate teams of internal and external resources to manage and deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to required specifications.
  • Participate in the development of project scope, cost estimates, schedules, designs, and delivery solutions.
  • Coordinate pre-construction meetings.
  • Provide accurate and timely project status reporting addressing milestone progress, risk management, current and forecast financial performance.
  • Perform in-person site visits to project site(s) as needed.
  • Participate in project progress meetings with client, general contractor, subcontractors, vendors, and Business Unit Vice President.
  • Ensure predictable and unexpected complexities are effectively monitored, mitigated and communicated timely to the Business Unit Vice President.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, schedule, costs and resourcing for each project and across interlinked projects in coordination with Business Unit Vice President.

Project Manager - Energy and Mobility Solutions

Remote - (Eastern US)

TechFlow seeks to hire Project Managers to support our growing Energy and Mobility Solutions Business Unit. The Project Managers will work across functions to support Energy and Mobility projects within the Business Unit. The Project Managers will also provide leadership and direction to project teams and will be responsible for planning, delivery, management, and oversite of assigned projects.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate teams of internal and external resources to manage and deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to required specifications.

  • Four-year degree in engineering, construction management or construction-related course of study from an accredited school or equivalent combination of education, technical training, and/or related experience in the electrical contractor or comparable industry.
  • Minimum of five years’ Project Management experience in Electrical Construction Projects related to EnergyInfrastructure and Technology.
  • Experienceevaluatingcostsand scope of work requirements for electrical construction projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple large projects.
  • Must possess interpersonal and influencing skills to engage and work alongside other TechFlow employees and team members to drive performance improvements.
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and decision making/problem solving skills.
  • Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments.
  • Ability to travel up to60% of the time.
  • Eligibility to obtain and sustain DOD Secret level Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified project management professional (PMP)
  • Proficiency in associated project management tools to track schedule, budgets, and approvals
  • Experience providing support to Federal Government clients
