Qualifications

• Active Electrical Journeyman License.
• Experience managing electrical construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of commercial and/or industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Supervisory or leadership experience.
• Preferred experience with Simpro, Procore, or TurboBid software.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from award through completion.
• Review blueprints, plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Prepare and oversee estimates using McCormick estimating software.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
• Coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.

Electrical Project Manager (Licensed Journeyman)

Location: Haslet, TX 76052

Compensation: $81,000- $115,000 + Bonuses

Our client is seeking a Licensed Electrical Journeyman to step into a Project Manager role overseeing commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who understands the field but is ready to drive projects from the office and job site — managing budgets, schedules, estimating, and client communication.

Position Overview

The Electrical Project Manager will oversee projects from bid award through final completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong estimating experience using McCormick software and the ability to lead both field and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from award through completion
• Review blueprints, plans, specifications, and contracts
