We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee electric transmission and distribution (T&D) projects throughout Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering critical infrastructure safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electric T&D projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, schedules, and safety compliance.
• Lead field crews and ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
• Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in electric utility construction.
• Strong knowledge of transmission and distribution systems, safety standards, and regulations (e.g., OSHA, NESC).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
