Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong electrical construction background to oversee projects in the Midwest, with some travel across the region. The role requires coordinating with clients and teams to ensure budgets, schedules, and design intent are met, including preconstruction support and change orders.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of PM experience, solid leadership, and effective communication. Travel and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

• Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and change orders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Our skilled team of professionals is able to handle even the most complex of projects and for over 65 years we have been focused on building for the future while maintaining the past.

We are seeking to add an experienced Project Manager to our team with a strong Electrical background for upcoming work in the Northwest Indiana area. If you are looking to join a top electrical company & open to some travel in the Midwest for work, then we want to talk to you!

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee construction (and design, when applicable) to keep projects aligned with design intent, the National Electrical Code, budget, and schedule
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and your team on project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Run weekly project meetings and conduct site visits as needed
• Support preconstruction work, including estimating and change orders
• Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and change order requests
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
