What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to streamline business processes and improve internal team efficiency
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues for internal teams and clients, ensuring effective communication and resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Strong ability to work with vendors and internal teams to ensure effective stakeholder communication
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred
