Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial estimating experience in drywall/framing.
• Experience with estimating commercial drywall and metal stud framing.

Responsibilities

• Estimate commercial drywall, metal stud framing, insulation, and acoustical scopes (≤140 chars).
• Use OST and Quick Bid to prepare accurate bids (≤140 chars).
• Collaborate with GCs, PMs, and internal teams on proposals (≤140 chars).
• Attend pre-bid meetings and manage bid schedules (≤140 chars).

Responsibilities:

• Estimate commercial drywall, metal stud framing, insulation, and acoustical scopes
• Use OST and Quick Bid to prepare accurate bids
• Collaborate with GCs, PMs, and internal teams on proposals
• Attend pre-bid meetings and manage bid schedules

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial estimating experience in drywall/framing
• Proficiency in OST and Quick Bid
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with jobs $1M+ preferred
