MassMutual is seeking a Project Manager to join the Wellness program within Research & Development. This hybrid role (Springfield, MA; Boston, MA) focuses on delivering innovative wellness solutions through high‑impact initiatives.

You will collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align projects with MassMutual’s strategy and deliver results. As part of the Wellness Team, you’ll drive key initiatives, manage stakeholders, and contribute to a program with global scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience managing medium- to-complex projects.
• 2+ years of experience managing technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Project leadership focused on engaging others in the delivery and execution of service deliverables and technology solutions.
• Demonstrate a solid grasp of delivering technology solutions.
• Work with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Assess a project’s scope and the team’s ability to execute.
• Drill down from big‑picture strategy to detailed execution.
• Communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly.
• Provide solution recommendations and engage in problem solving.
• Collaborate across diverse teams and organizations.
• Apply strong organizational and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Ceritication or similar
