Job Description

ISN is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead a critical initiative supporting the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in the management of external and internal comments related to proposed regulations and policies. This position involves overseeing the process of monitoring, categorizing, analyzing, and synthesizing feedback received from various stakeholders, including Congress, state and local government officials, special interest groups, professional organizations, and internal federal agency partners.

Duties:
  • Serves as a liaison between the organization's staff members and leadership.
  • Coordinates and directs staff members with diverse technical skills and backgrounds to ensure delivery of a high-quality product on time and within outlined project specifications.
  • Responsible for all related aspects of a project.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and experience in managing federal documents and feedback processes.

Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience in social science, business administration, or science and at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a management role, with a demonstrated ability to staff technical projects and manage staff members.
  • Must have extensive experience providing regulatory support services for all phases of the federal regulations and policy.
  • Must have extensive experience categorizing, synthesizing, and summarizing high volumes of public comment for federal rulemaking agencies in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act.
  • Advanced degree in social science, business, science, or similar field.
