The role covers design through construction, with emphasis on scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and coordination with regulatory agencies.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of preconstruction or design PM experience on large airport projects and hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in preconstruction or design PM within large-scale airport projects.
• Experience managing capital projects/programs of over $10M is preferred.
• Knowledge of airport operations, design, and construction of airport facilities is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management, technical oversight and leadership for all phases of aviation projects, including design management and procurement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, FAA, TSA, and other regulatory agencies as appropriate.
• Lead risk management, schedule, cost control, and quality assurance to exceed client expectations.
• Develop work packages, task orders, and input on projects from design through construction.
• Utilize design and construction progress meetings and scheduling tools to drive on-time delivery.

## Project Manager, Design - AviationApply: Los Angeles, California: Full time: Posted Yesterday: JR6199**STV** is seeking a **Project Manager, Design - Aviation** to join our national aviation team to oversee and direct airport terminal improvements.
