This remote opportunity is for a Data Migration Manager with a strong background in SAP and S/4 HANA environments. You’ll be at the forefront of transforming enterprise data landscapes, ensuring seamless transitions to S/4 HANA while minimizing risk and maximizing data integrity.

Your role

• Lead cross-functional teams to analyze current landscapes and define future-state data processes for S/4 HANA.
• Develop and document data migration requirements, including mapping and conversion rules from legacy systems to S/4 HANA.
• Oversee the end-to-end SAP data migration lifecycle, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to design and implement robust SAP and data migration solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with data migration activities, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.

Your Skills And Experience

• 7–10 years of experience in SAP Data Migration/ETL, with at least 2 years in S/4 HANA Data Migration.
• Proven experience in leading SAP data migration projects across complex enterprise environments.
• Strong solutioning skills in both SAP technical architecture and data migration strategy.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
