Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Project Manager, Data Center to lead customer projects from planning through execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and top-quality results. You will be the primary customer contact, coordinating with contractors, engineering, supply chain, and internal teams to drive project success and satisfaction.

You will manage schedules, risks, and communications, lead reviews, and support installation, commissioning, and startup activities in a fast-paced data

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management / project coordination experience.
• Experience managing data center projects and electrical infrastructure for new construction projects.
• PMP preferred.
• Ability to coach and guide team members through complex challenges and escalated issues.
• Comfort working independently while maintaining adherence to quality and compliance standards.
• Strategic thinking that connects project execution with broader business objectives.
• Strong relationship-building skills that create trust with customers and internal partners.

Responsibilities

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
