Job summary

Capco seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise Identity and Access Management initiatives focused on Microsoft Entra ID in Dallas. You will drive delivery across SSO, SSPR, MFA, and Conditional Access, collaborating with security, infra, and client stakeholders to meet scope and regulatory requirements.

You'll coordinate governance, budgets, and timelines, delivering executive communications and steering committee materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise technology or cybersecurity initiatives.
• Experience leading Microsoft Entra ID implementation or modernization projects.
• Strong IAM concepts including SSO, SSPR, MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Governance.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing project governance, budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Entra ID implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring successful execution against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Manage enterprise IAM initiatives including Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR), Single Sign-On (SSO), Conditional Access, and identity lifecycle capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, infrastructure, cybersecurity, application development, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, governance reporting, executive status communications, and steering committee materials.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, change requests, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee deployment planning, testing, cutover activities, and transition to operational support.
• Facilitate client workshops, project meetings, and executive presentations while providing delivery leadership and strategic guidance.
• Partner with cybersecurity and IAM teams to align project delivery with enterprise security strategies, Zero Trust principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, lessons learned, and adoption of leading practices for identity and access management.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives focused on Microsoft Entra ID. This role will drive the successful delivery of strategic identity transformation programs while working closely with business stakeholders, security teams, and technical delivery partners.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise technology or cybersecurity initiatives.
• Experience leading Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) implementation or modernization projects.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts including:
• Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR)
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Conditional Access
• Identity Governance
• Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing project governance, budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering IAM or cybersecurity projects within financial services, banking, capital markets, insurance, or energy organizations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud identity architectures.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust security principles and cybersecurity governance frameworks.
• Experience supporting enterprise cloud security initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as:
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Microsoft Security, Identity, or Azure certifications
• Previous experience within a management consulting or professional services environment.
