Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Project Manager to lead revenue-generating initiatives from concept to completion. You will plan, monitor, and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes while coordinating with internal customers and stakeholders.

You will use MS Project and other PM tools, communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and apply standard processes to meet budget and leadership expectations. Some travel may be required as projects span multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Proficient in MS Project and data interpretation; strong communication in English.

• Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned projects, building consensus among stakeholders to achieve successful implementation
• Establish and apply project management processes to deliver projects on schedule, within budget and to leadership expectations
• Meet with internal customers to provide status updates, gather feedback and report on project progress
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, tracking costs, performance and service levels to ensureobjectivesare met
• Analyze and interpret project data to support decision-making and continuous improvement
• Perform additional tasks as requested to support project and business needs
