Argenta is seeking a Project Manager to lead CRO/CDMO initiatives at the Shawnee, KS site. You will drive project plans, budgets, and timelines across the Americas CRO leadership, ensuring milestones and risk controls are in place.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in animal health research, with strong analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication and negotiation abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Experience in an animal health research facility is preferred.
• Understanding of cGMPs as interpreted by US FDA CVM is required.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to set priorities and manage schedules for studies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage project plans from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate budgets and timelines with Americas CRO senior leaders.
• Establish milestones, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics.
• Monitor progress and mitigate risks related to scope, cost, timing and quality.
• Drive decision-making through structured facilitation and escalation.
• Ensure facility operations are safe and compliant during projects.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, CVM, OHSA, EPA and company policies.
• Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards in all business contacts.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Train and coach personnel within the project scope.
