Job summary

Argenta, a global health company for animals, is hiring a Clinical Support Specialist I in Shawnee, KS. The role supports study data handling, QA/QC, and document control in collaboration with the Clinical Services team. A scientific background and strong accuracy are valued in a fast-paced environment.

You will work across multiple study phases, ensure regulatory compliance, and help coordinate materials and shipments while maintaining central files and study notebooks for Final Study Reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a scientific discipline.
• Experience with medical/veterinary terminology.
• Outstanding accuracy and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in review of study records to ensure contents are current.
• Provides tracking and QC of data and assists with QA audits.
• Follows SOPs and data management plans using internal systems.
• Assist in data entry and QC with veterinary/scientific background.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and clinical site personnel as needed.
• Assist with IVP/CVP inventory and labeling procedures.
• Support shipment coordination and documentation for study materials.
