You'll collaborate with Producers, Designers, Animators, Strategists, Creative Directors, and external agency partners to ensure projects move seamlessly from kickoff through final delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment, enjoys managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, and takes ownership of projects from start to finish. You are adaptable, proactive, and comfortable navigating changing priorities while keeping teams aligned and projects moving forward.

This position requires full on‑site attendance, five days per week, at the Barreal office (Heredia, Zona Franca Metropolitana).

You will
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of creative marketing campaigns from initiation through completion.
  • Manage multiple concurrent campaign workstreams, balancing priorities, timelines, resources, and deliverables across several projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Creative Directors, Designers, Animators, Strategists, Producers, Technology, QA, Production, and Account Management.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agency stakeholders to ensure projects remain aligned, on schedule, and meet client expectations.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and drive accountability for action items.
  • Build and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and changing priorities, adapting plans as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Track project health through timeline management, budget oversight, resource allocation, and progress reporting.
  • Support project intake, scoping, estimation, and resource planning.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and ensure stakeholders have visibility into project status.
  • Prepare and communicate regular project updates, risks, and recommendations.
  • Ensure creative deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, collaboration, and delivery processes.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture while supporting best practices across project delivery.
You have
  • 3–5+ years of project management experience delivering creative campaigns within an advertising, marketing, creative, or digital agency environment.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent creative projects in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex timelines involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and shifting priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including Creative, Design, Production, Strategy, QA, and Technology.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to make informed decisions and confidently navigate ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and emerging project requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical, creative, and business teams.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
Nice to have
  • Experience supporting global or enterprise‑level brands within a creative agency environment.
  • Familiarity with campaign production workflows for integrated marketing, digital, or creative advertising initiatives.
  • Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working with distributed global teams across multiple regions and time zones.
