Job summary

The Fountain Group in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Creative Project Manager to lead multiple creative and marketing projects from kickoff through completion. This 1-year W2 assignment is mostly onsite with some remote flexibility.

Collaborate with Marketing Communications, Clinical, R&D, strategists, designers, writers, photographers, and creative teams to deliver campaigns and product marketing materials, managing timelines, resources, budgets, scope, and deliverables using RoboHead.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Creative agency or pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience is required; agency experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing creative projects, campaigns, workflows, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of the marketing lifecycle, creative processes, target audiences, strategy, and concept development.
• Strong project management skills, including timeline management, resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Experience with project management/PPM tools; RoboHead experience is a plus.
• PMP certification or similar project management certification is a plus.

• 1-year assignment with potential to extend or convert based on performance and continued need
