As a Project Manager at Design Group, you will work with industry experts in control system integration, recognized as a top industry leader and partner with Rockwell Automation and Ignition.

What You’ll Do

• Manage project tasks including hardware and panel design, PLC and HMI programming, SCADA design, power distribution, and documentation.
• Oversee project execution, including proposals, estimating, scheduling, staffing, contracts, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Lead and develop the controls & automation business, maintaining key client relationships.
• Mentor professionals, participate in standards councils, and contribute to strategic planning.
• Assist in recruiting, reporting, and coordinating with finance.
• Promote Barry-Wehmiller’s culture and values.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years in automation solutions within industrial or consumer industries.
• Experience designing electrical control systems and automation programming.
• Proficiency in Rockwell hardware/software; experience with Siemens, Wonderware, GE preferred.
• Knowledge of food & beverage, pulp & paper, or similar industries preferred.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel.
• Bachelor’s in electrical engineering preferred; relevant experience considered.
